A long term client of mine, has opened this gorgeous little Japanese (whisky) bar with a large variety of whiskies on offer in DIFC. The challenge: the space! It was sweet and intimate, but the room on each side of the restaurant meant that setting any sort of professional lights required equipment gymnastics. Window/natural light wasn't an option as the windows were tinted.
